We are now seeking a Community Manager to support our China business, using our unique technologies to capture and deliver retail information & solutions to major clients in the Greater China region.
Based in Hong Kong and working with senior staff, you will develop and manage the China SmartRocket (www.smart-rocket.com) mobile workforce community, managing online and offline media recruitment campaigns, community training and ultimately ensuring that SmartRocket projects are executed on time, within budget and to our client’s satisfaction.
The successful applicant will be joining a medium sized business with vast potential, enjoying the advantages that attach to involvement with a rapidly growing, high tech business with a unique offer in the marketplace.
Desired Skills & Experience
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
6 months+ experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Market Research or other B2B services environment an advantage.
An understanding of online/ social communities useful.
An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent problem solving ability and high sense of urgency.
Good command of written and spoken English, native level fluency in reading, writing, speaking Mandarin is a must.
Experience living and/ or working in Mainland China an advantage.
This position is based in Hong Kong, but will involve occasional travel to Mainland China.
